well hello everyone my names Toni from Wales in the UK.
Ive lost 10lbs so far through MFP and want to loose another 14lbs-18lbs by halloween Im looking for 10 or so motivated individuals to join me on my travels of weight loss for support and tips.
the team will weigh in every sunday morning and we can set little challeneges through the weeks.

let me know if your interested if you are please post your start weight and goal weight by Oct 31st

my starting weight for the challeneg 171lbs
my Goal weight by october 31st 157lbs by halloween.
