Pb2 has less fat than almond butter and I just feel my body does not take the fats well? I've been getting kind of upset with my weight, I know I'm not gaining muscle I can't see it In my body... I've lowered the fat intake on my macros to 25 percent now... I'm just feeling really discouraged can someone please give me some tips to lose the extra fat around my mid section? Is this a good thing or do I have to start upping my ab workouts???? Ugh!! Frustrated summer is around the corner!!! I go to the gym everyday maybe I need to change my workouts more weights? I don't know I'm going crazy help please

You can't spot reduce fat, you need to be in a caloric deficit and then the body uses fat from where it wants to.

Now as to which is better, PB2 or almond butter, it depends on the situation. On days where I need more fat I'd pick the nut butter. On days where I don't have those fat calories to spare but want a peanutty flavor in my dessert I'd pick the PB2.

What are your current calorie levels and do you exercise?

Confused why you'd be comparing pb2 vs almond butter rather than peanut butter... At any rate, peanut butter/almond butter/cashew butter/any nut butter are some of the most calorie dense things you can eat. If you want to lose weight, pb2 is a good alternative since it is a fraction of the calories. Total calories are what matter though, not how much fat you're eating. It can actually be a bad idea to cut too much fat because it tends to leave you less satisfied and can cause you to eat more overall.

Current calorie levels range from 1200-1450, I live in Toronto city so I'm walking everywhere and I go to the gym everyday, I have my calorie intake open I believe so you can take a look... but I don't know what I'm doing wrong, could it be I eat to fast? Period? Ok maybe I over exaggerated on the peanut butters lol but that's what popped up to me?

There's lots of "1 cup", "1 piece/slice"..... It's hard to be accurate with these entries. I'd start weighing all solids and measuring all liquids, even packaged items just to tighten up your logging.

What do you mean by this? You asked about fat around your midsection... To lose that you need to be in a deficit which can be hard to determine if you aren't logging correctly.

Personally I find your protein intake is kind of low... And you eat very few vegies

First on, last off. Unfortunately where your weight is distributed depends heavily on your genetics. Just keep up the calorie deficit and you'll get there for sure! :)

Get a food scale. Weigh all solids. Log everything accurately and consistently. Keep to your calorie goal. :drinker:
