Not Loosing Enough Weight

I've been hitting my MyFitnessPal target everyday 1700 calories and going gym 4-5 times a week lifting weights and cardio. My strength has increase a lot but I've only lost 0.6kg in 13 days. Could muscle be evening out my weight loss?

    A few factors may be at play. Unless you are weighing solids/measuring liquids/using verified nutrition info you are likely eating more than 1700 calories. In addition, if you just started lifting weights, you are likely retaining some water, which is masking fat loss on the scale.

    If I were you I would keep on keepin' on at this point.

    You are right on target, keep going.
    Are you using a scales to weigh your food?
    If not then you are more than likely eating more than you think. There's always room to tighten up your logging.
