I need help keeping track of my circuit routines so that I can go back and review different exercises I try and track my progress and improvement over time on them. MFP is great for nutrition but not so much exercises. I need something other than photos of my dry erase board.
Suggestions? I prefer hard copies because they're easier to flip through.
