I need help keeping track of my circuit routines so that I can go back and review different exercises I try and track my progress and improvement over time on them. MFP is great for nutrition but not so much exercises. I need something other than photos of my dry erase board.

Suggestions? I prefer hard copies because they're easier to flip through.

Check out Fitbook (I use the Fitbook Lite because it tracks more of the things that are important to me.) Small, fits in my purse.

I use a small appointment calendar that has two days per page on it.
