Unfortunately spot reducing doesn't work. I wish it did!

    Eating at a deficit.

Sorry, you can't spot reduce. Exercise alone won't necessarily make you burn fat either. Maintain a calorie deficit with diet and cardio, lift heavy to help build muscle.

Exercise of eating in a deficit with patience is the only way to reduce fat.

You would have to lower your total body weight. Sooner or later the weight will come off from where you want, hopefully.

Unfortunately spot reduction isn't a thing..mostly it is genetics that determines where the fat comes off first. In my case, my belly is always the last place to shrink. Calorie deficit, heavy lifting, and having patience are about all you can do.

Thanks for the information, sadly I come from a family where we gain weight in our hips/legs. Oh what a blessing! I'll maintain my diet and just work out, I'll get there eventually!
