What do you want it for? For some people the specific features are helpful, for others, they are completely unnecessary. Have a good read of what it actually does before you decide. It's more an unlocking of specific features than a general overall upgrade.
A lot of people seem to join up to it expecting all sorts of things, then complain when it doesn't do something it never said it did in the first place.0 -

I have signed-on for premium for a one month time period to see how I like it.
So far, I like that I can alter the macro and calorie goals each day as I am currently carb-cycling in my last weeks of prep for a figure competition. I'm not sure I will keep it up once my goals and calories/macros are less rigid.
You can pay for one month and just un-check the auto-pay option as a 'low commitment' strategy0 -
I tried it for awhile but I did not find the extra features particularly useful so I canceled it. YMMV0

def work it to me started Apr 19th dwn almst 7lbs just by meeting goals on here and stickn to my plan i set so def wortg it plus tons of advice and you can link the pacer step app and dont have to do nothing the sync togethet0
