    Thanks and yes, logging really helps. Haven't gone over my calories at all since starting to log. Consistency is key for me to stay on track.

    When you say you have not gone over your Calories is that your net Calories or just your Calories for the day? I get 1500 a day but often eat b/t 1600 and 1800. I never go over my net Calories that I get from syncing my Fitbit.
