Looking for partners

Hello community! I'm looking for partners to stay in touch and help motivate and maybe pick up some good tunes and recipes along the way. I'm looking to drop body fat (25ish lbs), through a lot of cardio and supplement with lifting. I work out 2x a day (4am and 3pm). Im west coast time btw. Usually go at this every spring for summer.     For me cardio is the fat burning machine. I love to get up at 4:30 AM to run. I just can seem to get back in my routine of running and stopping at the gym on my way back. I am at 21.5% body fat and really want to get back to 16%. This would be so easy if I didn't like scotch, wine & beer.
