I'm 5'1". I always felt my best at 110 or under. I don't known if I'm trying for that low this time. I'm afraid at this age my face will start looking like a candle from extreme weight loss as it is.
At the very most I want to be in my 120s and honestly, even at that weight last time around I was looking soft and chunky.0 -
My long term goal is to be 110 pounds with more muscle mass. With the amount of muscle mass I currently have I feel pretty good around 105 pounds.0
-
103, I think.
I'll know when I get there. (I'm 112 now.)0 -
I always felt best at 95, but I look ok around 105 with more muscle mass now.1
-
I'm aiming between 115 and 120. I'm currently 121 (started at 170). I feel good at this weight, but I could be a bit more trim. I have a larger, more muscular frame.2
-
I've been maintaining 7 years.
When I first started maintaining I had my range at 103-107 as I wanted to be 105 (7st 7 lbs). After a couple of years I realized my comfortable weight was 103 so changed my maintenance to 100-105.
I'm 5'1.
Cheers, h.0 -
5'3 here and shooting for 130ish. But, I'm weight training. If I wasn't I would probably shoot for 115-1200
-
Was 156 lbs , Im 5 foot 3 currently 115 lbs and and my goal is 110 ish and to tighten up2
-
I'm 5'2, and 110lbs is my ideal, but I'm okay with anything from 108-114lbs.0
-
7st 131
-
I'm 5' and would be happy at 110 - 115.1
-
I'm 5'0 SW 152 CW 137 GW110ish? To be honest I haven't been normal bmi as an adult so idk what weight I look best. I'm shooting for 110 but may want I reassess when I get there/close?1
-
I'm 4'11" and I look best at 120 with good muscle mass.0
-
I'm 5'0" and CW 135ish. I'm large framed and heavily muscled, so I think maybe 120-125.1
-
I like 95lbs for myself.0
-
I'm 4'11 and hover between 100-110 pounds. Wouldn't want to be less than 100 though as it seems a bit too skinny. Would love some more muscle mass though which is my current goal.0
-
I'm 5'2" currently 132, GW 115. Maybe 110 at the lowest?
Lowest ever was 125.
I am fairly active so I don't think any lower than 110 would be super necessary for me personally as i have a fair bit of muscle
Bring on the slog -_-
BMI wise it tells me to stay between 105-140 so I'm good

I am 5ft even and my SW was 205 (I was literally a whale) my CW is 155 my GW is 125 (30lbs to go!!!)
my goal is to get to 125 and see from that point I am thinking I would like to be 115ish but we will see2 -
5'2". I've been 125lbs before and liked it. Going for 120lbs this time then starting to lift. I'll switch from monitoring weight to monitoring measurements at that point.0
-
5'1". Currently weigh 127. Going for 120. Started at 167.2

Hi,
I'm 5'1 and I thought my goal of 135 was a long stretch. I have never been that small so I don't know how I would feel.3 -
I am 5'2.5" and I would LIKE to be in my 130's but considering I wear a size F bra I think I would look a little out of proportion..... unless I lose a lot more there I am thinking 140's. I have went from a 42H to a 38F though so anything is possible

I'm 5'1'', probably aiming for around 130-140 lbs. (180 currently, down from 215).
I was 130 at my lightest in high school, I've been lifting for several years since while gaining weight, so ideally I've put on a bit of muscle since then ha!
My goals are more focused on body composition than weight though, but I would guess based on current I would be at a good body fat % around that weight.2 -
I'm just under 5'. My heaviest was 224 - that was horrible! My lightest as an adult was 135 (size 8) and I felt good, looked good and could maintain that. I got lazy and put on 65lbs over the past few years so now I'm back at it and down 19lbs since Feb 1. My GW range is 130-135. I'm a double D chest which does NOT go away with weight loss so I don't think I'd look too proportionate if I went lower than maybe 125.1
-
4'11 here. Felt good at 100 pounds. Looking to go back at that weight. Currently at 112.1
-
I'm 5'1, currently weigh 126 (last I checked). I would like to weigh about 115-120. My heaviest was 146. Pretty proud of my progress so far.1
-
I'm 5'1 and I like being at 120 to 125. No more or less. People always think I weigh less than I do. I think it's because I'm naturally muscular.0
-
I'm 4"11.5. Started at 160lb. Currently at 144lb. Target is 130lb (if I ever get there) lol...then take it from there.2

I'm about 5 ft. The highest I've weighed was 335. [The lowest 95 ] It took some serious work and I (with God's help) reached 130. Then disaster struck and a couple of horrible things happened to me and I ballooned to 270. I've recently lost 30 pounds, and I'd like to lose another 50 by mid-July, we shall see. Overall, with exercise and cleaner eating, hopefully in a year or so I'd like to be near the 130 mark. Maybe it un-realistic, I hope not. Let's all encourage each other to do better.
Growing up I was super active, gymnastics, swimming, body surfing...someday, I hope to be that active again, and the weight will just "melt off", according to my doctor. It's hard sometimes, because lots of things hurt and so exercise is usually very painful afterwards. I wish pool swimming were free. Unfortunately, the ocean here where I live is dark, cold and filled with sharks. I've been doing Curves. I like that.
Thank you for listening! Good Luck all of you small but mighty people!! We shall overcome our weight issues!1 -
I am 5' my current goal weight is 130, I was a size 5 at 130 with 32DDD, I don't think I would look right if I was any smaller than that. If anything less maybe 120-125.1
