Hello everyone! I counted calories in the past, but never took it seriously. Now that I have more knowledge and experience, I understand the benefits behind it. I even count calories on the condiments, herbs, and spices I use when cooking, and I measure/weigh everything I eat/drink. I can provide helpful tips to everyone. Hope to hear from you guys soon.
