    You look great! Congrats.

What did you do to achieve that change?

I made weight training my main goal and lifted heavy and worked out 6 days a week.

I'm 5'3 and 127 pounds now. I would like to be 120 and gain more muscle so it shows way more.

First off, great job on sticking to weights and working out and losing it!
Secondly, I'm 5'3 as well. I was in the 120s when I started Muay Thai.. but somehow I weigh 140 now.. I have so much flab it hasn't gone anywhere and I don't eat sugar/bread. How many calories have you been eating with a heavy workout schedule? Also what do you eat throughout the day before a workout? I do muay thai and Brazilian jiu jitsu everyday. My weight and body fat have been making me discouraged, however.

I'm 5'2" and honestly, I'd be giddy if I even looked like your before picture. However, your after picture is even better.

How much weight are you lifting? Do you use free weights, or machines?

I just started with some 10lb dumbbells this week, and they are building my muscle, but eventually, I think I might need to move up to heavier weights.

I use both free weights and machines. I make sure i do three different exercises per muscle and at least two of those are free weights. If you want to firm up quick i suggest 8-10 reps thats what I did. Oh and look into supersets, they help burn more fat.

You look great! And thanks for the motivation. Scale is stuck, but I'm losing inches so I'll stick with it. Worked for you!
