I didn't do very well in the April Weight Loss challenge as I was busy doing other things and probably ate a bit too much. Neither-less this is good to continue the same type of thing.

Dates (Go with Wednesdays as that is When the month ends)

    Good Morning, I am starting my first challenge today. I'm a mom of 4 and grandma of 4 with 2 on the way. I work full time. I had lost down to my goal wt 5 years ago but slowly put it back on. So starting over at 170

    I'll join! I lost 35 pounds four years ago, put on a lot of muscle, and now I'm right back where I started :( Only difference is I know how to work out. I need to lose 30 pounds, so a pound a week I guess is a good goal, right? is it?
