How do I enter meals not cooked by myself

Hi, while entering food brands and items that exist is simple - how do I enter something, where I'm not sure neither of all ingredients nor their ammount? Take this pizza as an example (for scientific purposes of course :).

I know it contains tomato, mozzarella, ham, pancetta, italian pikant salame, salsiccia and all that makes the base of pizza - but there's no Quattro Carni in database. I could ask the restaurant and perhaps even get the answer (though they might be secretive about the recipe), but there're plenty who wouldn't care to answer.

How do you guess what's in the food?

I always take a picture of what I'm eating when I go to friends/families/restaurants. When I enter it, I either estimate ingredients and amounts, or I search for something comparable in the database. I always over estimate too.
Ex: if I have a slice of pizza at a local restaurant (it's not in the database), I'll take a picture with something for size comparison, then look for something similar in the DB, like pizza hut, or whatever seems close-ish to what I had.
I think a lot of restaurants have nutritional information if you request it, but maybe not smaller places.

If it's a popular restaurant, you should be able to find it on the database. Something like Little Cesar's Pepperoni.
If not, you could try to log something similar.

I find something that seems similar. For pizza I usually go with a chain that has a similar style of crust and sizes. It's not perfect by any means but it's better than nothing.

Guess could be difficult sometimes but probably better not entering anything... Thanks
