Short with a lot to lose!! Need friends!!

Hey y'all!!! My name is Anna! I started my lifestyle change April 10th at 257.8 pounds. I am down 15 pounds and feeling so much better already!! Would love to have friends with similar goals!! I need to lose 100 lbs!! Will decide rather tonlose more or not after that!

    Hi Anna! High-Five to you for starting your lifestyle change. 15 pounds is a great start---really proud of you. I say Keep Going!!! I started about the same time as you. My goal is to loose 10 pounds...I am short 5'1 and the extra pounds make me feel sluggish, tired. I have joined the steps competition with some co-workers, and this has helped. I have lost 3 pounds already, but I crave sweets, and this is my problem,...loosing and gaining because of the variety of sweets and no exercise.
