I would like advice on the most effective way to lose inches around the waist. I've lost ten pounds in a three week period. I am open to any advice. Thank you.

You can't spot reduce where the fat is lost. To lose around the waist, you need to lose overall. It'll come off where your body is genetically dispositioned. Some people lose at the waist faster (that's me), some hips/thighs (totally not me), some in the upper body.2

This is also my wish but I know now the poster Stella is absolutely correct. Last year I had it pretty good, now 5-10 lbs up its bad again. The moral to the story is that the last 5- 10 pounds you have to lose make the biggest difference in the world if you hold fat there. I'm definitely an apple shape body.......maybe you are too?0

Keep losing weight. You can't spot reduce. The weight will come off where your genetics determine.
