I know I created this challenge and have been incognito. I truly appreciate everyone's effort. The month of April I was sick and in the hospital (needed surgery) so that is where most of weight loss has come from. So, since I have lost it, I'm trying hard not to find it again and keep on losing. This is the first time in starting the challenge that I have met a goal (met April goal). I hope to make May goal!! Everyone keep up the good work!!5

Challenge Goal met! Now time to keep pushing. When I joined this challenge (I believe the end of January or early February), I was 231 lbs . I am now 198.8 with a challenge loss of 32.2 lbs . I couldn't be happier!7

I think I may be getting to the end of my weight loss journey. I wanted to get down to 129 but it may not happen. I am going to give it one more month but if I'm done I'm happy with my results. I think 136 for a person 5'5 isn't to shabby. You are all doing great. Keep the great work.1

I did so well this week, then the weekend hit and it was all munch munch munch! Going to try clearing the snacks out of the house (not by eating them all )1 -
I'm getting discouraged. I have barely lost any weight since mid-March.
These last 35 pounds to my goal are a lot harder than the first 45 pounds.
It's almost like my body wants to be here and I know it doesn't belong here. I've not been the best about tracking my meals but I have been upping my protein and lessening my sugars and really carbs overall.
I've cut out alcohol, I walk constantly, I avoid late night snacking and snacking mindlessly at work.... but I'm still stuck. I'm contemplating doing all meal replacement shakes for a week to kick start things.... I just don't know what to do anymore.
Tips/encouragement please?
I only have 7 weeks left in this challenge to lose 16.6 pounds and I really want to make it happen.

yes I let the weight loss get the best of me and I got lazy. So.....back at it and logging in and drinking my water! Exercise is still minimal but it is the food and the amount I'm eating causing the problems.1 -
