So I have found a cure for hunger you may be surprised how easy it is... Are you ready for it???

LOVE.

Currently I am lusting after a beautiful man... somehow I am not hungry at all and want to push myself harder to reach my goal. He is all I think about... I used to constantly think about my next meal but now it's all about him.
Turn your weight loss journey into love and you are all set... it doesn't have to be love for a man or woman it can be love for yourself, your pet or even the world. All you gotta do its love.

Just love you will feel so much better :)

    AHH yes!!! That is so very true...

    I get that feeling whenever I see my ex- Eddie. Trouble with him is he can't decide what he wants, which leaves me in a confused state most of the time. HAHA

    I was actually at my thinnest when I met my OH having succesully lost 40lbs.

    I don't remember eating in those first few heady months together :-)

    However we shacked up together very quickly and the lbs did start to pile on. I am now almost back to the weight I was when we first met though and him indoors is loving it LOL!

    Awwwww - there is nothing quite like love is there?

    Yeah the trick is to not get too comfortable... easier to say than do but I just try to always look my best for my partner.
    Hopefully it will be 'official' with him soon he is perfect! Almost too good to be true. Aaaah :)

    or lust, good old fashioned lust works for me aswell,i imagine the object of my desire seeing me aked right now and not being too happy about it which spurs me on to keep losing weight, shame i'm a married woman and the object of my desire is highly unlikely to see me in the buff ;)

    dont have to have love in your life to lose the weight.
    you just have to wanna do, it and have the will power to do so.

    im getting there, im fine with how i am.
    once stomach is flat n toned. im done :) x
