    Thanks everyone, i feel so much better. Would like to get another 42 lbs. off before maintenance. As for the NSV I haven't seen a smile from her like that in a long time, Here's to making her smile like that all the time.:drinker:

    I don't mind that at all, actually keeps my motivation up to see this thing through TYVM :bigsmile:

    And yes LSC is meant to mean Life Style Change. I get asked quite often what type of diet I am on and the look on most peoples face after I explain to them that it's not a diet but a new way of life for me leaves quite a few perplexing looks. I got to where I was eating like a fool but will live the rest of my life eating like a King.
