Hi all

I am back at it and need motivation and accountability. I had a pretty good weight loss year in 2016 but put on a few kgs over the silly season. I have joined a gym and I work out at least 4 times a week, usually 6 times!

For the first time I recorded my results on my Facebook page to start the accountability process.

Any tips and motivation would be great. I have even started blogging on MFP!!

Please say HI and if you need any help from me I will be right here.

I am almost 45, 155cm (5'1) and would liketo loose 5-6kgs (10-15 pounds)

Chat soon!

Well hello Nancy. My name is MK...43 years old, 6'2" and have probably 50-60 to lose. For me though the weight is second to just being health. Having a good Blood pressure...not being a risk for diabetes and a bunch of other bad things that can happen when a person is overweight. I definitely feel that I do my best with all of this when I think of it not just in terms of the weight to lose but also to be healthy....eating better and exercising regularly.
