For exercising, does anyone else on here use Blogilates by Cassie Ho (on YouTube)? I'm having a hard time documenting the workouts for exercise because the majority of her stuff is more intense (especially cardio) than Pilates but there's no real option to log it besides that.

    I love blogilates! I am working on PIIT2.0 right now and I log that as 28 minutes of HIIT training or circuit training with 10 minutes of stretching/pilates for the warm up and cool down. I do use the "pilates" entry when I do the workouts from the calendar but only because I would really rather under estimate how many calories I'm burning than over estimate them. I don't eat the calories back though because I have a really sedentary job, so I don't feel justified in eating another 200-300 calories. I agree with the poster above - only eat back a fraction and see how it goes then adjust if need be.
