Only day 3 in to this trying to keep calories in check struggling to eat enough but noticing that just a little change in the chemicals in my body my mood is better and mind is sharper. Hoping to keep it up because honestly I do well then I crash and burn. I need to loose for me, and my future and my wellbeing. I want to be healthy and happier. And kick PCOS's *kitten*!
