What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

To be down to 125 lbs by July 17th. That's when my sister and niece are coming to visit. It's only 6 1/2 lbs I think that's doable.9

Rock/Metal club and although I can now fit into the trousers I bought 8 years ago to 'get into soon' - I am aiming to have them be more comfy with less muffin top by end of May.

My mini goal--hopefully reached by next week's weigh in, is to have logged all my food and eliminated all the 'crap' again. Now that the races are over (for now), I can refocus on the Challenge!!!4

A few weeks back I set a mini goal to start C25K, and that's done! So my next mini goal is to actually finish it. I tried doing it several years ago, but for whatever reason the furthest I've ever gotten is maybe like week 3. I'm on week 2 now, so just gotta stick with it!10

That's awesome. I love this goal. My last day of C25K is tomorrow!! I never thought I'd be a runner, but it's amazing. It is so hard to do those 1.5 minute runs, but then it's the best feeling when you're done. Then you get to those 5 minute runs and you feel like you just can't. You CAN! Just remember that it's all a head game. Just keep your legs moving and focus on your breathing. Good luck!! Add me if you want.8 -
My Goal is to get down to the weight it says on my drivers license...probably haven't been at that weight since I got my license at 16 years old...I'm 25 now and Have 30lbs to go10

April 4 was the lowest weight I had recorded in this now nearly 17 month journey. As a mini goal, re-taking that weight is highly motivating me.7

Have had a mini-goal of under 190 for so long - have been hovering around 191 - 193 for at least six weeks. Today, finally, 2 consecutive daily weigh-ins under 190.
Treated myself to a mini shopping spree in the cosmetic department to celebrate.
On to the next goal.......12 -

Today I weigh 171lbs. To get from obese to overweight I need to lose 7 more lbs. I'd like to do that by 1st July which is my youngest daughters birthday.9

I am going to Marrakech at the start of July. Want to get off as much as I can before then (but to defo be below 10st). Wont have time to be at my final goal weight, but its a start3

keeping up with my new start. I am awaiting delivery of new bathroom scales , so I don't know whether the changes I am making are having an effect yet. Whatever they say I need to keep positive.12

Just to be the best me that I can be when I turn 30 in a week... After that I would like to just look like someone who let themself go a little by the end of summer... I am planning a trip to the Cayman Islands for sometime around August and I dont wanna scare the fish off when I put on my trunks13

Aiming for less than 130 lbs by my vacation (we check in June 2nd)... as of today I am sitting at 135. 5 lbs in 6 weeks might be a stretch, but I am going to give it my all
130.2 this morning...so close! We added to the beginning of our vacation. So now we leave May 29th. My next goal will be making it to goal weight by July 1st. With a 10 day vacation in June this may be a stretch goal, but why not?18 -

Ok, just maybe I'm finally securely under 200 without fearing going back over next week (currently at 197). So I'm going to go ahead and say my next mini goal is to get under 190.
8 lbs to go to reach 189! It sounds like such a small amount, but I know it'll take hard work. I've been consistent with diet and exercise but due to the scale not moving for months, I think I just got to a place where I didn't expect it to and was just trying to focus on getting stronger and hopefully losing inches. But this is the first time in a long time that I'm truly motivated to get that scale to move, and really tighten up on my food choices like I was doing before life derailed my weight loss last year. I know that 2 weeks from now I wanna say I'm closer to 190 than 200!
Oh and one more goal....2 lbs to reach 40 lbs total lost!18 -
