I'm wearing size 8 pants today AND they aren't tight!! Also tightened my belt another notch :)

    At one point I was pushing a 12, and have been a consistent 10 for the past year or so, but I was NOT healthy. Before I had my 3rd child 10 years ago I was a size 4! I won't ever see those days again and that's ok, but to be a HEALTHY 6/8 is my goal :)
