Um ok. You are majorly overestimating your calorie burns

I work a 13 hour a day job where I run around a warehouse the entire time and my calorie burns per day are between 4.2k - 4.5k depending on my morning workouts.
You're either overestimating calories burned during your workouts, or underestimating just how much you're gonna have to be moving in a day.

@5000 calories per day assuming I burn 2500 on an average day without working out...that would still leave me (based on numbers gathered from averaging weeks tracked doing these workouts with my Apple Watch) needing to jog 10 hours per day or lift for about 5 hours on a metabolic pace between sets...who has time for this?!? Not to mention who can eat the amount of food you would need to bring in to keep from hurting your body...

What is your method for achieving this extremely high calorie burn?
Is this in total, or through exercise alone?
How many calories (total) and (net) will you be consuming during this challenge?
    What are your overall goals?

Well I'm on no carbs lifestyle and I walk everyday and workout on my eclipse machine so daily I burn around 3200 calories after my good calories are taken out. I only drink my detox water (lemon cucumber n mint leaves)

so you eat no veggies or fruits? and there is no such thing as a detox water.

Detox is not a real thing. Your liver and kidneys take care of toxins. You are talking about flavored water and cucumber mint water is tasty.. No better then plain water for you.
5000 calories a day burn is rather well impossible as an average person. If you were an Olympic athlete in training maybe in a 12 hour workout day.

Oh maybe you mean calories vs Calories. Mostly people talk about food Calories which is really a kilo calorie or Calorie. So maybe you after food have a 32 To 45 Calorie deficit that would make much more sense and would have you losing half a pound a year.

nope those things do not detox anything.its a scam. if you like how it tastes thats fine it will help you get your water in.it will hydrate you but thats about it

I'm talking about burning 3200 calories to 4500 calories a day after taken out my 900 calories of food intake a day. I'm trying to burn 17,500 calories in a week to lose 5 pounds a week a since I can't lose 5,000 pounds a week at the moment .Yes I'm talking about detox water it's just a pitcher of regular water with slices of lemon and cucumber with mint leaves I let it sit for a day then I drink about 165 oz of water a day

Ok so you are burning 5000 Calories a day and only eating 900 and trying to lose 5 lbs a week. This is not a healthy or realistic plan.
    1. What are your stats height weight age
    2. How are you measure calories burnt?
    3. Are you using a scale and measuring everything you eat to the gram?

No 2500 Calories and more it works for me because I lost 10 pounds last week yes I'm measuring everything, like I said before by walking and working out on my eclipse

I am so confused. OP it seems like you are too.

OP what are your stats: height, current weight, age, gender?
How much weight are you trying to lose?
What kind of exercise do you do?
How are you measuring your calorie burns (which are extremely high)?
What calorie target did MFP provide?

Losing 10 lbs in a week, 5 lbs in a week, even 3 lbs in a week is not healthy.

There may be recipes called detox water, but they don't detox anything. What you've described is just an infused water. Your body need help to detox, that's what your liver and kidneys do.

    35,000 cals a week?

Well I guess I was on target yesterday as my overall daily calorie goal was 5592.
But I doubt that I can spare the time to cycle 100 miles every day.

How many hours a day are you exercising?
What rate of calorie burn are you estimating and how?

10lbs a week is way too much you are losing a lot of lean mass, once you lose it its very hard to get it back, not to mention you are doing damage to your organs because you are over exercising and undereating.you need to speak to a professional. sounds like you have an eating disorder or other disordered thinking.

none of what you are doing is safe.if you are eating only 900 calories a day and lets say for arguments sake you are burning half of the 5000 calories, you are still burning off what you ate and then some.

your body no longer has food to use as fuel so its going to use fat and muscle(including organs) to get its fuel.you arent supposed to eat and then burn it all off. your body burns so much by just being alive, but at the rate you are going if this is true and you are doing those things, its going to come to a screeching halt soon.

I think we need to get a mod in here and close this thread so someone else doesnt think that what the OP is doing is safe and tries it themselves.
