Meal replacement?

I'm looking for a good meal replacement for the morning that I have to rush. I'm looking for something healthy, low sugar, low carb and high protein? Any ideas?

I am not a breakfast person so for most of my life it consisted of a cup of coffee and 2 biscuits (cookies).
A couple of years ago I changed it to a coffee, a protein bar and a piece of fruit, usually a mandarin.
This has worked well because it gives me the same sweet start to the day that I like, but with a better nutritional profile (for me). It is only slightly higher in cals, ave 350 now vs 300 then, and that is because I added fruit.
I have a protein bar drawer in the kitchen instead of a snack drawer so I always have a variety to choose from.
