Hi everyone, I'm new here and I am looking for some new high protein recipes. I don't like any type of fish. I mainly eat turkey and chicken. I need to switch up some recipes.

Do you eat dairy? Greek yogurt and cottage cheese have lots of protein. Eggs are high protein, as are beans and lentils.

Eggs omelettes with spinach and other vegetables make a big one so u have meals for breakfast n or lunch cheep n good for you
  • Add a cup or two of ultra filtered skim milk. I use fairlife. Less sugar/calories, way more calcium and protein
Check it out. I use it in my morning smoothie.

What about fish? You could start experimenting with salmon and tuna, they are so versatile: raw or cooked in plain lemon, baked with herbs and oil, seared with soy sauce and ginger, grilled/wrapped in foil with spices and veggies...Salads with tuna, cottage cheese and boiled eggs are good as well. As they said above, an omelette with veggies stuffed inside is great and you can add extra egg whites to the mix for more protein and volume. Tofu is also worth giving a try, there is firm and soft/silken. The trick is to season or marinate it and then sauté it in a pan with some extra virgin oil, or stir fry it with veggies and seasonings.
