I just started meal prepping for weight loss . I'm using turkey or chicken as my main protein so far, but I know that is going to get boring . What other protein / veg / carb combos do you guys do?

Tuna, tilapia, salmon, pork loin (super lean and high in protein), chicken sausages, eggs, roast beef, venison. Carbs can be new potatoes, sweet potatoes, roast potato made with olive oil, oats, rice. Veg tends to be either spinach, asparagus, broccoli.

Ground turkey, salmon, tuna are my main choice of protein prepped in different ways. I also do quinoa, sweet potato, lentils, black beans and any green leafy veg.

Don't forget shrimp. You can grilled, roast, boil or steam.

Pork loin. You can cook it & shred it, or slice it into medallions, grill or sautee, & add a sauce or topping. You can get 4-6 servings from one loin and they usually come in 2-paks.

There's a whole range of meatless protein you can try: tofu, tempeh, seitan, prepared soy products (like Gardein or Boca), beans/lentils.

Eggs! Quiches are a great meal-prep dish.

You can do a lot with ground beef/lamb/pork. Add it to your red pasta sauces for a heartier meal. It's great in tex-mex casseroles too.
