Depends on the exercise! I hate going to the gym but I do it for resistance training. I love playing golf and I do it for enjoyment....the calorie burning is a bonus.1

I love exercising, always have. I like feeling like I'm at the point that I want to stop but keep going anyway. I like the rush of adrenaline. Even when I can't make it to the gym I want to do things that raise my heart rate.1
