.....good trainers for the gym?
Mine are "on their way out" but they've been brilliant! They're Adidas ones (mens) with a thick shock absorbing sole on them! It's as though the sole is keyed out, if you check out the Adidas Bounce ones (mine were around £120, unlike these bad boys for £350) they've got a similar look to them. I'm after something like this.....
If anyone has any recommendations, I'd much appreciate it!
I have flat feet and have problems with the balls of my feet so I need something which is pretty padded and like walking on air!!

Actually they're really similar to these ones:

Check out Nike Free's.
I love them, the most comfortable running shoes ever.

I'm not a runner(in fact I hate the damn sport!) yet I still buy running shoes.
My favorites are Nike Shoxx.. I've bought three pairs of them so far, and they are the most comfortable shoe ever. I pay any where between 60-75 dollars for them on sale. They normally retail for around 110-150 dollars not on sale.0 -
I'm a fan of the minimalist shoe. Merrell and Vibram 5 Fingers are my fave. I hear Nike Free are also pretty amazing.0

I always use Nike Bowerman series..... every year i just buy the new version of them. They are great for running, and more what they are designed for, so if you do alot of running i def recommend them. If you're looking for more a cross trainer than the nike shox are good, but i've had problems with them as more a running shoe0
