Born and raised in Texas. I've lived everywhere from Stephenville to Texas City. I have to say the best place is Austin, oh how I miss Austin. I spent the last 8 years in the Bay Area of Cali, nothing comes close to the weather there. I am currently stuck in Jenks, OK. I have been here almost 1 month and there has not been 1 day that has been under 100 degrees. I miss the people of Texas but the weather of California.

It's too bad only a few places have real authentic Mexican cuisine here in Houston. I can't stand the tex-mex... ugh... cheese on everything .
