for the last week, I just can't feel full at all and I can't figure out why. I have stepped work out the last 4 days doing longer walks or adding in longer sessions on the exercise bike. but this is not the first time I've done this i am now 22lbs down since the end of Jan but with 28 more to go, and an aim of 8 before June 1st for the holiday. really struggling to figure out the increase in appetite

Your diary is private, but make sure you're getting adequate fiber and protein. These really help with satiety. Are you eating back exercise calories? Or at least some of them? And is 2 lbs/week really an appropriate goal for you?0

I'm eating on average around half of my exercise cal's within a day my target is currently set to 1.5 lbs a week with my averaging between 1 lbs over the last few I will try stepping up my fiber and protein over the next week or so and see if that helps.0

1.5 pounds per week is somewhat ambitious with only 28 pounds left to lose. You might be happier with your goal set to 1 pound per week. Play around with macros until you find what works for you. Some people find protein and fiber satiating. I personally find fat satiating. Some people need a good mix of all 3. It varies by person.1

I agree with @pinuplove, your weight loss goal is fairly challenging given you have only 28 lbs to lose. If tweaking fiber and protein don't help at all, I'd recommend dropping the rate expectation. Just 250 calories a day can go a long way.
You have the rest of your life to enjoy your goal weight, it's not a sprint but a marathon we're on.1 -
Change to one pound a week.0

If you are eating at a deficit you can expect to feel hungry. If we could feel full while eating less than we burn we would all be skin and bones.3
