I can't believe my results!

Hey everyone. I just wanted to share my 30 day progress with you all. In the past 30 days I have lost 12 pounds and 12.5 inches, including 3 inches from my waist and a whopping 4.5 from my hips! I went down a whole pants size. I'm feeling so motivated and wonderful!

Fantastic results! Your waist is already killer in the after photo, I can't even fathom how much more killer it will be once you lose more. I am short-waisted, no matter how much I lose, I will never have a sleek waistline. lol3

Great work!
Just remember, the closer you get to your goal, the slower it will come off. You may have made great progress in your first 30 days, but you shouldn't get discouraged or frustrated when the losses slow down.2 -

Oh yes. Thanks for the reminder. I'm actually at 161 pounds, down from 244, so I've been at this for a looooonnnng time and I sure know it slows down. For me, it feels like I'll go through a burst of a good loss, then it will plateau for a bit, then another burst of weight loss, then plateau. I have to constantly change things up, so I do.7 -
Did you do the 30 day shred?
No, I didn't do the 30 Day Shred for this, but I have done it in the past! I did Core De Force this time I loved it so much. It's a mixed martial arts inspired workout so there is lots of punching and kicking. I like to pretend that I'm punching and kicking my fat away. [personal details removed by MFP mods]
I'm starting my next program tonight, T25, and I'm really excited about that one.9 -

Thank you! Yeah that last picture really amazed me. I wasn't expecting my back to look so different. I actually started this program again on Saturday. I missed it too much. I think it really is my very favorite workout program.
