Feel free to add me if you'd like. I'm 51 and have been yo-yo dieting pretty much my entire life. This time around, I'm thinking things will be different because I'm really focused on getting my eating in order above all else. I'm also a beginning lifter who still has no idea what he's doing but is still trying to learn.0

Looking for buddies on here. Based in Europe, am 9.8 kg (21lbs) down already and looking to lose another 14.6 kg (32lbs). I log in pretty consistently on a daily basis and been logging all my food and exercise. Look forward to sharing tips, successes, frustrations and encouragement!0
