My last run it was 138 per mile, but that was on a mountain. Typically 125 or so per mile.
I am sure your watch is off based on the heart rates you listed in an earlier post. I am not THAT much bigger than you.0 -
About 125-ish is my normal. That's about about 10 minutes a mile, though. When I'm on my game or running shorter distances, it's a bit more than that.0
-
For a jog, say 11.5 min/mile, about 100 calories. In fact, I just assume 100 calories/mile regardless of my time.0
-
850
-
I am doing around a 12-13 min mile and I burn 100 cals.0
-
140 or 150
But sometimes 125, it depends.0 -
140ish during HITT, 120 during regular run, 90-100 during jogs0
-
According to my HRM, around 300/1.5 miles (10-12 min mile). Either my HRM is way off or I'm WAY out of shape. EEK!0
-
I burn next to nothing, lol. Around 45-55 depending on if it's on an incline. The lower your weight the less you lose. It sucks...I can run/walk for hours and it never seems enough compaired to others on this site...but I have to remind myself that I am petite and already tiny...and that it's 'okay' for me.0
-
really close to 100... used to be about 125.0
-
For 11 minute mile my HRM says 1140
-
I usually get a higher number on my HRM in the range of 140 to 150, but I am still 219 lbs and 43 years old.0
-
At about an 11 minute mile, which is my comfortable long-run pace, I burn around 115.0
-
about 115 cal per mile for me!0
-
About 85.0
-
125-140 for me!
I, too, am petite but I have 10 pounds to lose. Thankfully it is a fantastic burn for me!0 -
According to my weight, height and age, approx. 85 calories. But that's just a calculated estimate based upon an equation.0

Here's the calculator that I used: http://www.fitday.com/webfit/exerciseinfopage.html0

About 100 calories, running a mile in 11 minutes.0
-
125ish (I weigh ~ 174).
Probably a little more when I'm running in the 6:30 - 7:30 pace. Probably a little less on my easy days (8:30 - 9:30 pace). I'm guessing it all evens out.0 -
140-155 depending on how fast my pace is. I'm usually running in the 7 mph range and I weigh about 190. My last two races was 155 burned per mile.0
-
around 80-90.0
-
The first mile about 80.... the more I run, the more I burn. That second mile may be 100, the third, 120 - etc.
A 4.5 mile run in an hour (I'm slow, yea - I know it) will usually end up with my burning about 500-550 calories.0
