I am a Purple belt in tae kwon do and practice 5-6 x a week. I don't do the TKD for weight loss, but it definitely helps. I will be as proud of my black belt as I am of my weight loss if not more! I would like to cross train BJJ a little bit just to get some grapple experience, sometime in the future.0

I hear MMA is great of getting in shape you should see great results from doing it, a lot of people who do that also do like "Strongman lifts too may be something to look into- tire flips - rock press - Farmers walks - kettle bell work all go hand n hand Good luck0
