Which one is the healthier option?
one has more sugar than the other (greek yogurt)
One has more sodium intake (cottage cheese)
do any of the above factors matter if you arent doing IIFYM?

Why not both?7

I don't think they matter for IIFYM
Do you have health reasons to watch your sugar or your sodium? If not, eat whatever one you like better. Personally, I eat both1 -
Do you want to wait for vegan to come along and say, "Neither"?7

Yes.4

Cottage cheese looks like bad cellulite. Go with Greek yogurt. Everything Greek is better.3

If you get plain Greek yogurt is it any higher in sugar? And no salt added cottage cheese isn't very high in sodium.
I keep both on hand and eat what I feel like.3 -
I like the taste of cottage cheese better, but I use both.1

Neither and both.
Seriously, whatever you like just as long as you track them correctly.1 -
I have both depending on if I want sweet or salty. Yogurt with fruit=sweet Cottage Cheese with pepper=salty
*I hate fruit in my cottage cheese, just salt and pepper.0 -
I would never eat cottage cheese under any circumstance, so I vote Greek yogurt. But really just eat whichever one you prefer or both if you want.1

Are you a baby cow?
More seriously, I eat both, depending on which one I'm more in the mood for.1 -
Both, of course. I have big tubs of both. It depends on what I am looking for with texture and flavour. I tried cottage cheese in my oatmeal the other day and it did nothing for me.2

I mix them both together.1

Both are healthy. I usually prefer cottage cheese though for the taste. Unless you are sensitive to it, there is no harm in eating sodium.0

The answer is whatever one your going to eat.
I tried eating cottage cheese for the Yay healthy less sugar buuut it just sat in my fridge, separated and spoiled. Turns out I can't stand the texture of cottage cheese and I love flavored Greek yogurt.0 -
Either or is fine...I'm not a huge Greek Yogurt fan but will have it once in awhile...I prefer cottage cheese, but I don't eat that very often either but once in awhile I'll get on a little kick.1

Cottage cheese bothers my stomach0

Both are good. I prefer Greek yogurt though, it's a mouth texture thing for me.0

It really depends on what I feel like. Greek yogurt (the unsweetened kind) is an amazing substitute for sour cream and its nice when I mix it with a scoop of protein powder. I also like cottage cheese mixed with tuna in a sandwich with salad. I think they are both healthy but that varies between different brands and kinds.2
