Hi! I'm working on not being a couch potato and getting a healthy lifestyle instead! I'm 2 weeks in and feel great. Just need to get the food cravings to go away. Any tips will be great!

Welcome. I make sure I have protein at each meal and I eat 6 small meals a day. This helps keep me stay satisfied. :)

One of the things I've found helps with the chocolate cravings is keeping some of the mini candy bars on hand. When I get that craving for a Snickers, I eat a mini and it goes away. They're only 45-50 calories a piece, so it would put a huge dent in your calorie count either.

Just don't keep the bag near you. You will eat all of them rather quickly. I learned that lesson quickly. :p
