    What a transformation! That's my Word of the Day since I heard it this morning at Mass, then in my daily readings, and now I'm using it because what you've accomplished is truly life-changing. Congrats. : )

    you look amazing! how awesome...and thank you for sharing. I started on a healthier eating journey and workout routine six months ago but just jumped into MFP and am so glad i did. it is posts like this that provide such great motivation!
