    Dymatize Iso 100 Whey Protein Isolate - I've tried Gourmet Chocolate and Berry. They have several other flavors too. One Carb, Zero Fat, Zero Sugar. 106 calories per serving and it's a pretty generous scoop

    My gym carries all three of these and highly recommends them. I usually end up ordering them online at prosource.net or amazon.com because they are so much cheaper. GNC stores sell them too.

    After buying something at Walmart that I couldn't even stand the smell much less the taste. This came highly recommended from a friend and it is great. From GNC

    This. I get the Platinum in Turbo Chocolate. You can get it at Vitamin Shoppe or GNC (blegh), or online.

    The Platinum is really good stuff if you dont mind paying a little more.

    None! My tongue says the best is vi shape nutritional shake mix. 12 grams protein and 90 calories in 2 scoops. Delicious or I wouldn't drink it :)
