Hey guys. Just getting started. Tired of using family and work as excuses for not being in shape. Any tips?

    Take a look at your diet, and use the MFP app to track food for a while till you get the hang of everything. Add some activity. :) Good luck.

    pick an exercise you like to do or figure out ways to make exercising fun. It hard to keep it up when you feel like its a chore that has to get done.
