Breast feeding allowance

Anyone done this breast feeding? Not sure what calories to allow or how to adapt

Yea three times. You should be eating an extra 500 calories/day for a infant under 6 months old, once they've started solids you can lower that amount gradually until you find what works best for you. Focus on eating nutrient dense foods and don't cut carbs, you and baby need them.1
