Swag bonus

To people who say building muscle while losing fat is impossible, no. It is and I've done it myself and so did many others, but after 9months it really slows up and you won't see a lot of muscle gains, but your body's visual look and changes are so huge, we are not bodybuilders to bulk 9months and cut 3months, not mentioning 9 out of 10 the bulkers don't make it with the cut.

The body transformation has taken me a whole 10months, but it would take me 6-8months if I could avoid the mistakes I've made back then, I hope this motivates you guys and if there is any question or anyone looking for a motivational buddy I would be glad to help

Currently I'm looking to go from about 13% bodyfat to 10%, will take me a couple of months to do so, any motivation would be appreciated too

Yes, calisthenics can both build muscle and help you lose fat in addition to learning all these cool moves

    Thank you!

I'm interested to know what the mistakes that you would have avoided. I'm super impressed with the one arm hand stand - that's an amazing amount of work you must've put in.

top 3 mistakes I've made were

1-Not taking a break after 3-4months of successfully losing weight
2-Eating too much on cheat days that's why I'm now a "Cheat meal" person because I can't control myself on cheat days
3-Eating too much carbs, now don't get me wrong, carbs are good source of energy, but I was taking roughly 70% carbs and some people are carb sensitive, means they can not lose weight when insulin levels are too high So I was stuck. and I found out I'm carb sensitive, I adjusted my macros and got back on track of losing fat.

Hope it helps you on your future goals

Did you follow any particular calisthenics program?

I used to attend street workout classes but then I gave up because they were too difficult for me, they didn't train me according to my level, so I learned it at home from a channel called Fortress He was so amazing and inspiring before he quits, I learned handstand in 4 months ( I could stand for approximately 1 minute) the 1arm handstand took me a year or more

26% and 19-21% were measured by skin calipers, not accurate since my belly was way fatter than my arms, arms were pretty lean for that level of bodyfat 14% was by DEXA (So Expensive but accurate)
