Hi Gang!

30 Days ago we all decided to endure Jillian Michaels workouts & see how things went. I am happy to say I have survived! As difficult as it was, I really enjoyed it better than my 1.5 hr workouts at the gym! Short and to the point!

Anyway, post or email me your weights. Unfortunately I do not have anyone's starting measurements, as Newtswifey07 was the original keeper of the data. If you have your before and after measurements send them as well! I'll put together a nice chart so we can admire each others' achievements!

    As for me, I'd love to do another 30 days challenge. Let me wrap up with these ladies and I will create a new post for a challenge to start August 1! Woo-hoo!

    I am on the purple team - i weighed in at 183.4 today. no measurements and my start weight was 194. I slacked on my Jillian though towards the end :(

    I didn't lose any weight, but I did lose inches. That makes me feel better. :)

    Wow, I just did my measurements & I am super psyched! I really didn't expect such a change!

    Right Arm: Start 13.5 End 12.75 Change -.75
    Left Arm: Start 13.5 End 13 Change - .5
    Neck: Start 15 End 15 Change 0
    Chest: start 47 End 45 Change - 2
    Waist: start 41.5 End 39 Change -2
    Hips: start 46.5 end 44.5 Change -2
    Right Thigh: start 24.5 End 24 Change -.5
    Left Thigh: Start 24.5 End 24 Change -.5

    Total inches lost = 8.75!
    Total pounds lost = 14.5!

  • Everyone is getting great results! I also lost two inches on my waist when I did 30DS. Ripped in 30 isn't being so great. I am contemplating doing the 30DS again in August (first did it in June) with 10lb weights intead of 8lb. Also, I must confess, I just don't enjoy Ripped as much as 30DS. So looks like I will be doing more Jillian in August lol.

    It's all those stinking push ups and planks... Whew. I will do it again in a couple of weeks.
