Tips to lose more than a pound a week.

I started out 3/20/17...at 213. 7 1/2 weeks later I am at 186. That's a 3.6lbs per week average this whole time. I started off exercising short amounts of time, got all the way up to an hour on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the treadmill. For the last week or so I have decided to just do an hour on level 10 with an average rpm of 68. I do this 5 times a week and limit myself to between 1100-1300 calories. I've found great substitutions for my favorite things. I don't starve myself, just chose salads and soups over other things. It was so much easier then I thought it would be.1
