I kinda cheated and threw stuff in a casserole dish.... calling it Beef Taco Casserole
eta.. 388 calories 31 carbs 6 fat 50 protein1 -
I had mussels and creamed spinach. Mussels are surprisingly very high in protein (listed as 27 grams per serving) and don't taste too bad. I buy them precooked. 245 calorie dinner with 30 grams of protein.1
