Hello everyone I am fairly new to all this. I started out at 292lbs the heaviest I have ever been after 2 kids and finding out I am type 2 diabetic!! I have decided I do not want to live this life like this anymore!!! I have been going to the gym now 3 times a week since February and now currently weigh 284 lbs I have changed my diet and still struggling with a few things here and there. I am my worst critic and kinda lose my motivation when it is weigh in day and the number are hardly moving !!

Hello! Welcome
You will do great! Try not to let the scale get you down. Just keep tracking and moving and it will come off.

And remember the non scale victories too. The scales may move slowly but you may be losing inches or have a better handle on your sugars. (just as important)1
