Wow, it's been nearly a year since I posted my last progress post? Cool.
Anyhoo, after the whole obese/anorexic/getting better back-and-forth, I seemhave cracked this whole training thing.
Arms are improving:

And back/shoulders starting to get better, although still need more size:

As a bonus, here's a pic that is only possible from a very specific angle with very specific light but it looks cool:
