I'm trying to get in shape for military, any suggestions??

I'm ex airforce myself. Cardio, lots of cardio.
If you can afford to go to HIIT type circuits that will help too.
When i joined many moons ago i was more into weights than anything else, which wasn't bad considering the kit you have to carry about, but i underestimated the sheer amount of CV work involved. So running and swimming is definitely handy!

What the above poster said. Tons of running, swimming. Mix in some pushups and situps.0
