Do you eat your exercise calories? I try to stick to 1200 cals a day. Not sure if it would go better if I ate my exercise calories. Sometimes I do but my weight loss has slowed down. (I've lost 50 lbs since mid-March and have a few more lbs to go until I'm in the "normal" BMI range.)

I always eat my exercise calories and have also lost about 50 lbs. in the last 7 months. MFP is set up to NET calories, meaning: eat the exercise ones.

    YES! http://shouldieatmyexercisecalories.com

This site is designed for you to eat them. It is not like any other site out there. Your body needs fuel.

I cycle my exercise calories so sometimes I'll eat them back and sometimes I won't.

Yup, I eat them. I even have my activity level set at "active", I report all my exercise, and I still eat those calories.

Yep!!! Eat 'em! Unless you're really not hungry, then eat what you can and call it a day. Don't drop below your net calorie goal, it can slow down your weight loss :flowerforyou:

Also, don't forget, weight loss will slow as you get closer to your goal because you're in a more normal range, so your body will start to fight it.

I don’t eat exercise calories back.

It doesn’t make any sense to me.
