I have lost 22 pounds and already feel so much better. I started with little goals like I will walk my dog twice a day or no sugar. This week's goal is to ditch the diet soda. I am now able to walk 4.5 miles a day and spend a minimum of 45 minutes walking the dog plus attend two zumba classes a week and keep my calories around 1200 a day. This feels like a lifestyle change rather than a diet and at 58 that is a good thing to do!
